ABOUT US

BruinHope is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2004 on the UCLA campus. Our goal since has been to serve orphanages in Tijuana Mexico that are in need of resources. UCLA BruinHope makes four quarterly visits to deliver collections of material and food. These projects inspire the development of trust and confidence that aid these children in the orphanages to heal from experiences of abuse and abandonment. We fundraise throughout the academic year as well as accept donations to purchase toiletries, clothing, cleaning supplies and food for these orphanages.

Bruin Hope is actively volunteering in 2 orphanages in Tijuana, Mexico. The orphanages we serve are Siempre Para Los Niños and Niños Con Fe. We take 4 trips per quarter and volunteer where needed. Throughout our time visiting these sites we have seen and been able to help them grow. We work with kids that age from months old to 18 years old. We fill these kids' days with fun educational activities, a home-cooked meal and lots of interactive games that all contribute to the children's development.
